making sherbet

 Aim:  

1. I want to find out how to make sherbet 

Research: 

1. sherbet     

Method: 

Equipment  

1. cup 
2. Baking powder 
3. citric Acid 
4. sugar (raro) 
5. strrring rod (spoon) 

Instructions: 

1. get your equipment ready. 
2. add a teaspoon of raro into the cup. 
3. add half a teaspoon into the cup baking powder. 
4. add half a teaspoon of citric acid into the cup 
5. mix the powder with the spoon 
6.  taste the sherbet and adjust the flavour as necessary.  

 

Results: 

it tasted just  almost like Raro but a bite more salty.
